Arrival and Departure

Check in is easy because we will have taken care of registration in advance. When you arrive at our home, it is just like visiting old friends. You will be warmly welcomed, receive a tour of the Inn, and be escorted to your room. Check in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. If you need to check in later, please let us know so we can make special arrangements. To prepare your room for the next guests, check out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit of each night's stay is required when making your reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay.

Reservations and Occupancy

Because of our intimate size, a two night minimum is required for weekends and holidays. Reservations are required to stay at the Inn at Cinagro Farms. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum occupancy is two people per room.

Cancellations

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund less a $35 handling fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or can be traded for a gift certificate equal to your deposit, good for six months, Monday through Thursday, less a $35 handling fee. This cancellation policy does not include special events, holidays, group reservations, or the month of October, which require a ONE MONTH cancellation for a full refund less the $35 handling fee. No gift certificate trade is available for these special times.

Children and Pets

In order to provide a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for our guests, we cannot accommodate children or pets.

Smoking

The Inn at Cinagro Farms is a totally smoke-free property. For the enjoyment of all guests, no smoking is permitted within the Inn or on the grounds. If any signs of smoking are found, a minimum fee of $200 will be charged to your credit card without further notification.

Candles

Due to the age and historic significance of the B & B, we do not allow candles in the guest rooms. If any signs of candle use are found, a minimum fee of $200 will be charged to your credit card without further notification.

Room Cleaning

Ours is an environmentally-conscious Inn. To that end, we will change sheets every two days of your extended stay, if requested. Although fresh towels will always be available, you may signify your willingness to use a towel a second time by re-hanging it in your bathroom.

Special Conditions

The Inn at Cinagro Farms is a wonderful destination for a wide variety of events. However, it is not appropriate for events resulting in noisy and reckless behaviors. Behaviors deemed as disrespectful to the Innkeepers or to other guests will result in a request to leave. (To insure that all guests enjoy their stay, we reserve the right to refuse guests because of inappropriate behavior or conditions.) FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT WILL OCCUR.
